In collaboration with ArtikFest, bass and dubstep heavyweights RIOT, Astroid, and Sam Lamar will turn the Cabaret of the Amphithéâtre Cogeco into a true temple of electronic music on December 20, 2025. Expect a night of high-intensity sound, heavy beats, powerful drops, and raw energy — an experience for all devoted fans of pure bass.

RIOT, the Israeli-American duo made up of Tom Davidson and Daniel Magid, has become one of the most respected names on the global electronic scene. Signed to major labels such as Monstercat, Warner Music, Dim Mak, and Gud Vibrations, they’ve amassed over 85 million streams for their album Dogma Resistance and more than 40 million plays for their collaboration Wake Up with Kayzo. After several years of silence, the duo made a spectacular comeback in 2025, headlining ArtikFest and performing at the legendary Lost Lands Festival, a global reference in dubstep. Their signature sound — blending dubstep, drumstep, and metal influences — guarantees an explosive, high-octane performance.

Opening acts

The evening will open with two outstanding artists from Quebec’s electronic scene.
Astroid, known for his high-energy sets that blend dubstep, tearout, and riddim, has carved out a strong reputation with his intensity and dynamic stage presence.
Sam Lamar, a rising star in the bass music world, is supported by major artists such as Excision, Illenium, and Rezz. His raw, experimental sound and bold stylistic fusions have made him one of the most promising producers of his generation.
