The Amphitheatre Cogeco has won top honors at the Award of Excellence in Steel Construction held by the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) on October 30th. The creation of architect Paul Laurendeau has won the “Favorite of the Jury” prize. Twenty-four (24) projects were candidates for this 17th Award of Excellence in Steel Construction. The judges were impressed by the elegance of the amphitheatre's architecture and the greatness of the project. The Cogeco Amphitheater has not finished impressing the international architect community.
