About this show
The Cabaret de l’Amphithéâtre Cogeco, in collaboration with ArtikFest, presents a major electronic music event featuring three artists with explosive sounds and distinct styles: Black Tiger Sex Machine, Vastive and Trois-Rivières DJ Astroid. Get ready for earth-shaking bass, hard-hitting beats and a serious dose of adrenaline in an immersive experience where music, lighting and visual projections come together.
Known for their iconic tiger helmets and spectacular performances, Black Tiger Sex Machine have established themselves as a leading force on the international bass music scene. With hundreds of shows across the globe, appearances at prestigious festivals such as Lollapalooza and Osheaga, and more than 165 million Spotify streams, the Canadian act continues to push the boundaries of electronic music. Their latest live concept, OMEN, blends music, storytelling and visual art into a breathtaking experience.
Originally from the East Coast, Vastive draws on his metal roots to create an intense sonic universe where chaos, raw emotion and crushing bass collide. With more than a decade of live performance experience, the artist delivers high-energy, electrifying sets that appeal to fans of aggressive-sounding bass music.
The local scene will also take centre stage with Astroid, a DJ and producer from Trois-Rivières. Known for his explosive sets blending dubstep, tearout and riddim, he continues to make his mark on Quebec’s electronic music scene following appearances at ÎLESONIQ and ArtikFest.
With the Cabaret’s state-of-the-art technical, sound and visual equipment, the event promises a fully immersive journey into the world of bass music. An unmissable night for electronic music fans looking to end the year on a high note… and at full volume!
