Three passionate musicians, Christian Proulx, Dany Lamoureux and Yoric Farley, come together to bring the musical world of Jim Corcoran and Bertrand Gosselin back to life, celebrating two influential figures in Quebec’s music scene of the 1970s.

Featuring guitars, mandolin and rich vocal harmonies, Welcome soleil authentically revisits timeless classics such as Welcome soleil, La tête en gigue, La belle des champs and La fille du capitaine. With warmth and sensitivity, the trio takes on the challenge of recreating the rich harmonies and intricate arrangements that became the signature sound of the renowned duo.

A warm and engaging show that invites audiences to rediscover timeless songs and immerse themselves in the beauty of a repertoire that left its mark on a generation.

Welcome soleil – A Tribute to Jim and Bertrand will be presented on February 25, 2027, at the Cabaret de l’Amphithéâtre Cogeco in Trois-Rivières.
