Trois-Rivieres, April 1st, 2019 – The Corporation des Évènements de Trois-Rivières, LCQ Productions and Century Artists are proud to announce that, following the strong positive reaction for the show The Ultimate Queen Celebration starring Marc Martel, an additional show will take place on September 13, 2019 at the Cogeco Amphitheatre. The first show announced last February which will take place on September 14 is now complete.
Renown throughout the world not only for his voice that is identical to Freddie Mercury’s, but also for the heart and soul he puts into his performance, Marc Martel was chosen to record the vocal tracks for the biopic Bohemian Rhapsody, presented on the big screen, worldwide in 2018.
In addition to offering this legendary group’s greatest hits, The Ultimate Queen Celebration puts a unique twist on the performance, which will please the fans while showing a different side of Marc Martel’s talent. “Near the end of his life, Freddy explored other styles of music, including opera. In this sense, the show will also include a segment of known songs, interpreted as Freddie would probably have done if he had been given the opportunity to sing them back then,” explains Martel.
The 5 musicians will thrill the spectators of the Cogeco Amphitheatre during an evening full of colours and emotions!

The additional show for The Ultimate Queen Celebration will be presented on septembre 13, 2019, at the Cogeco Amphitheatre in Trois-Rivieres. Tickets, retailing from $47.15 (plus taxes), will go on sale this Friday, April 5, from 11am. These will be available at amphitheatrecogeco.com, the J.
