PROGRAM DETAILS
Tribute to Nirvana - Unplugged in New York by Luis and Manu - February 10, 2023

Venue configuration - Seated general admission

Relive Nirvana's Unplugged in New York, aired on MTV on December 14, 1993, a few months before the death of the illustrious Kurt Cobain. The songs from this album will make you shiver. The authenticity of this show will take you back 20 years earlier, when Nirvana was rocking an entire generation to the grunge beat of the time.

Since 2018, the band's shows have been sold out across Quebec

PREMIER CIEL - Harmonium's Musical Legacy - February 24, 2023

Venue configuration - Seated general admission

The seven musicians of PREMIER CIEL bring the Harmonium repertoire to life in a live performance and invite you to a celebration of one of the most remarkable works in Quebec music. The repertoire of the show En tournée is chosen from the entire Harmonium catalog, including excerpts from the heptade. The repertoire includes Dixie, Harmonium, Vert, En pleine face, 100,000 raisons, Vieilles courroies, Comme un fou, Le corridor, Le premier ciel and/or many others. PREMIER CIEL has been collecting rave reviews since its first shows and the outstanding musicians that make up the band make these shows events where the public can find themselves at a time when everything seemed possible, when the boundaries of music seemed out of sight.

The Damn Truth - March 9, 2023

Venue configuration - Seated general admission

This mythical Quebec rock band composed of Lee-la Baum (vocals/guitar), Tom Shemer (guitar/vocals), PY Letellier (bass/vocals) and Dave Traina (drums/vocals) has toured Europe and the world opening for ZZ Top, The Sheepdogs, Styx and Rival Sons. They have also sold out the legendary Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles and every time they've played the Corona Theatre in their hometown of Montreal.

Now or Nowhere, The Damn Truth's third album, was produced by the legendary Bob Rock, a genius producer who has collaborated with international bands such as Metallica, The Offspring, Motley Crüe and Bon Jovi. Unable to complete the album with Bob Rock due to COVID-19 restrictions, the band recorded three songs in Montreal with the help of the renowned Jean Massicotte. The Damn Truth is a band that in many ways is still a too-well-kept secret, and has been for almost nine years. Now Or Nowhere is the album that should settle the matter once and for all.

Steve Hill Band - March 24, 2023

Venue configuration - Seated general admission

With thousands of shows under his belt, Steve Hill has built his reputation on the stage. Whether it's through prestigious opening acts, major collaborations or, of course, headlining shows, he's proven himself to be a true stage performer. Dozens of awards and distinctions (ADISQ Gala, Lys Blues Gala, Juno Awards, Maple Blues Awards) have recognized him as a true blues/rock star. With his musicians, Steve Hill presents his latest offering Dear Illusion, probably his best album to date in terms of maturity and execution, which marks 25 years of career.

Jay Scøtt - March 31, 2023

Venue configuration - General admission standing

Jay Scøtt is a singer-songwriter from Terrebonne. His musical multitasking includes rap, vocals, piano, guitar (which he plays backwards) and beatmaking. Formerly known under the stage name PL3, the artist has been active on the Montreal scene for a decade now. Jay Scøtt's versatility and eclecticism give a fragmented taste to his soundtracks that tease rap, folk and pop. The narrative of his songs praises the everyday life of the average Quebecer through touching lyrics, references to popular culture and catchy melodies, all sailing together towards an eternal pursuit of happiness, despite the emotional low points that this life suggests...

Throughout the show, Jay Scøtt invites you, armed with his guitar, into his melancholic universe with catchy rhymes and vocal melodies. In an intimate, warm setting and an unpredictable staging, bordering on madness, you will live a unique and authentic experience, tinged with humor.

Tickets

Tickets for the shows will be on sale on Friday, November 11 at 11 a.m. at www.amphitheatrecogeco.com, at the J.-Antonio Thompson Hall box office and at 819 380-9797 or at 1 866 416-9797 from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
