Trois-Rivières, June 7, 2021 - La Corporaiton des Évènements de Trois-Rivières and Culture Trois-Rivières are proud to welcome Martin Fontaine and the long-awaited Elvis Experience production at the Cogeco Amphitheater from July 14 to 17, 2021. Initially planned in July 2020 at Salle J.-Antonio-Thompson, this large-scale show will finally be presented, in an airy format, respecting the social distancing measures in force.
A faithful representation of Elvis Presley's impressive shows in Las Vegas in the 1970s, Elvis Experience has been unanimously hailed by critics in Quebec and internationally. With his voice, his naturalness and his gestures, Martin Fontaine and the 32 musicians and choristers who accompany him transport the spectators in time to make them relive one of these memorable evenings. It is under spectacular lighting and supported by a visual medium of images projected on the big screen, that he strings together the greatest hits that have marked the career of the King.
Being the only production authorized by Elvis Presley Enterprises and Priscilla Presley, Elvis Experience is distinguished by the exact and faithful recreation of the music, energy and magic that the King created during this landmark era in rock history. Presented during four summer seasons at the Théâtre du Capitole, this show has also made remarkable stays in Montreal, Paris and Las Vegas!
The Elvis Experience mega-production will be held in Trois-Rivières thanks to the close collaboration between the Corporation des Événement de Trois-Rivières and Culture Trois-Rivières. The two organizations have joined forces to bring this grandiose show to the population at the Cogeco Amphitheater, a place that will undoubtedly surpass expectations, even those of the biggest fans of the King!
